When is All for Lungs & Lungs for All?

All for Lungs & Lungs for all, a walk/run in support of transplant patients and those battling lung disease in Cape Breton, takes place on Sunday, April 21, 2024. The 1K walk begins at 10:00am and the 5K run begins at 10.15am. Volunteers will be on site from 8.45am.

When can I register for all for Lungs & Lungs for All? 

Register online until Friday, April 19, at 12pm. There is no in-person registration, but donations can be made day-of. 

Where is All for Lungs & Lungs for All? 

All for Lungs & Lungs for All takes place at the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion in Sydney, NS. 

How much does it cost to participate in this event? 

This event is FREE to participate but we suggest a $20 donation in lieu of registration fees. All donations of $20 and more are eligible to receive a tax receipt. 

What do the proceeds of the run go towards?

All proceeds from All for Lungs & Lungs for All support the Heart & Lung Wellness fund at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation, specifically earmarked for those battling lung disease and/or needing transplants. 

How do I fundraise for this event? 

If you're looking to raise additional funds via donations, you can do so by sharing your 'participant center' (automatically created for you upon registration), or by downloading the pledge form, here. Additionally, donations will be accepted on-site on April 21, before event start.
