I'm participating in Teal to Heal Cape Breton, a run/walk in support of ovarian cancer and other gynaecological cancers.
This really hits home for me because my niece has been battling ovarian cancer for the last year with not one day of peace from the pain. I also have a close friend who has just been diagnosed and other close friends who are survivors or still in the fight.
