I'm participating in Teal to Heal Cape Breton, a run/walk in support of ovarian cancer and other gynaecological cancers.
I lost my mother after a lengthy, hard fought battle to Cervical Cancer. I feel it is extremely important to honour her memory and help raise awareness and support for gynaecological cancers.
